Description: The city of Roswell is a multifaceted city. We boast of many cultural attractions, a community college and a large agricultural base. Roswell is called the UFO Capital of the World, and we happily support the attention that brings to us from the world because of that 1947 oft talked about event.
The High Plains Writing Project is currently determining the guidelines. We will be reading and submitting all the material that comes to us.
