Our One Book for Ventura College is Outliers: The Story of Success, by Malcolm Gladwell, which discusses success in quite fascinating detail, offering a unique perspective on what makes a person successful. Post in response to Gladwell's work or just share your own understanding and experience of success and stories about successful people, inventions, artists, poets, etc.
